Night Snack





Todays night snack is lf quark with pomegranate, strawberries, blueberries and cocos sticks.
After a long spinning lesson I am so knackered and now I'll enjoy my delicious night snack.
After a workout lf quark is helpful for your muscle growth. You can top your quark with fruits, nuts, seeds or some other healthy flavoring ingredients!

Breakfast




I think all of you love pancakes, don't you?
I'll show you a more healthy version!


Today I worked out very hard and was soooo hungry after my power workout that I decided to make my delicious protein pancakes.


So first I blend just the following ingredients in a mixer:

- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons buckwheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 sliced banana
- some stevia

After blending my ingredients I get a fluffy batter which is finished to bake in a pan.

For the sauce let your imagination run free.
I mixed up lf quark with  5 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of my protein powder (strawberry) and some stevia. I topped it with fresh blueberries, cinnamon and chia seeds.


Yes, I ate all of them…Yum! Try this, you won't be disappointed.

Lunch


My delicious lunch today was so easy to prepare:

Ingredients:

1) 2 small sweet potatoes 
2) 1 big red bell pepper 
3) 1/2 zucchini
4) filleted fish
5) 1/2 lemon
6) some herbs to taste

Anyone who wants to make significant improvement to their physique or sporting performance will need to pay attention to their diet.
One can see that my lunch is quiet simple, but very healthy.
Especially veggies are such important for a clean eating plan. 
I try to eat veggies 3 times a day and either for lunch or for dinner I add fish, eggs, quinoa etc. 
To get enough proteins, what is extremely important for getting some muscles, I prepare a post workout  protein smoothie which taste very yummy. 
Furthermore I try to cut out the following things of my daily eating plan:

-meat
-gluten
-refined sugar, including some candy, fizzy drinks and chocolate..don't worry, you can buy healthy chocolate which is very delicious.
-some other refined foods (white rice, white pasta, white flour…)
-anything with chemicals like "Maggie"


Yes, that was something regarding my food philosophy. On later posts you will see what my daily staples are.

my new babies

Today I finally get my new babies…

I've ordered some days ago some products from myprotein and I'm really excited!
I've just tried one of the bars and yes, they are so delicious I could eat the whole box at a single blow.
The high protein and fibre content help keep hunger at bay whilst supporting your weight loss goals with less than 95 calories per bar.
So one can say it's a guilt-free anytime snack.
After my daily workout I'll try the impact whey protein, I'm so curious haha

Hello guys,

Welcome to my new blog.
I'm a 19 years old law student living in Bielefeld, Germany that hope to inspire you to a healthier lifestyle.
While absolving my Abitur I was really skinny, because it was really hard work so I have forgotten the time to eat.
When I've finished it I began to eat like "normal" people haha. I was really happy that I got my Abitur so I've started to go outside with friends to have some parties….yes, some alcohol, chips, fast-food etc.
A little while later my belly felt like a jellyfish and I wasn't content anymore.
A couple of weeks ago I decided to live my life more healthier.
I started clean-eating two month ago I guess and began to workout every day. Once a week I'm going to Zumba and on the other days I workout with my kettle bells at home, go jogging or just do some workouts on youtube. Trust me…by doing them seriously you'll feel them burn!
I've tried to go to a gym, but the nearest is too far away and I don't like going far for half an our to workout just an hour.

My momentary weight is near 60 kg while I'm 1,64m
It is my aim to loss some kilos and to build up some muscles.
